Aneta has been active in asset management and property management for almost 20 years. After completing her university studies in Belgium, she returned to the Czech Republic, where she joined Albert Česká republika. There, she worked in the expansion department and later as Asset & Letting Manager, managing a portfolio of more than 70 properties. She subsequently worked for the multinational company Cushman & Wakefield as a Retail Consultant, where she was responsible for leasing more than 20 shopping centres and retail spaces, as well as the releasing of OC Královo Pole as part of its planned refurbishment.
She then joined the development group CRESTYL as a Letting Specialist. In addition to leasing retail spaces in Kladno and Brno, she helped set up internal processes and CRM systems. She quickly progressed from leasing through the roles of Tenant Coordinator, Deputy Centre Director, and ultimately Centre Director of the Central Kladno shopping centre. Under the new owner, she advanced to the position of Retail Asset Manager.
Aneta spent more than 10 years at Central Kladno. She managed the leasing of retail units from the reconstruction phase through to their opening, contributed to the development of the investment, marketing, and leasing strategies, prepared budgets, and was responsible for technical administration and facility management.
Aneta is responsible for the asset management of the real estate portfolio within the Aurelia fund. Her main task is the strategic management and optimization of the portfolio’s value, with the aim of maximizing returns for our investors. This includes long-term planning, operational efficiency improvements, analysis, risk management, leasing strategy, capital expenditure management, and coordination of property and facility management.
