He leads the team responsible for internal and external communications, PR, marketing, events, and investor relations. Under his leadership, materials are created to promote individual investment instruments and to support smooth cooperation with external partners. He is responsible for sponsorship activities, plans events for both internal and external teams, and coordinates the participation of Axelor Group representatives in third-party events. He also oversees the team responsible for the group’s social media presence and media relations.

It is from his time in the media that he draws extensive experience. He began his journalism career at Czech Television, where he spent five years, first as a sports reporter and later at ČT24. He covered current affairs as well as parliamentary news. From there, he moved on to DVTV and later Televize Seznam. He conducted interviews with leading politicians, created his own programme, and reported on events in the United States, Russia, Iraq, Jordan, and Ukraine.

After taking over as Head of Television News at Seznam, he was responsible for team leadership, content planning, and presenting. He continued in a managerial role at FlashNews, a data analytics platform, which he led as CEO. He is also a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
