Vendula has more than twenty years of experience in taxation, accounting, financial management, and transaction advisory. Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive experience both in the advisory sector and in senior management roles at major financial and investment companies.
Since 2009, she has worked as an independent tax advisor.
From 2013 to 2022, she served as Chief Financial Officer of the investment group DRFG. She was responsible for the group’s financial management, financial planning, controlling, reporting, financial statements, tax agenda, and leadership of the finance team. During her tenure, she built the finance department from the ground up and helped establish processes suited to the group’s dynamic growth. The scope of the economic agenda under her management expanded from approximately 15 companies to more than 140 companies.
In addition to executive management roles, she also served on the corporate bodies of companies in the financial sector. From 2021 to 2023, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Chytrý Honza a.s., an investment intermediary. From 2020 to 2025, she served first as a member and later as Chair of the Supervisory Board of EFEKTA obchodník s cennými papíry a.s., a securities dealer.
She also gained experience at the renowned multinational company KPMG Czech Republic, where she worked as a tax advisor. She focused primarily on tax and accounting advisory for Czech and multinational companies, engagement management, and cooperation with audit teams in identifying tax risks.
She holds a tax advisor certificate from the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic and is a certified accountant of the Chamber of Certified Accountants. She studied Corporate Finance and Business at Brno University of Technology. Thanks to her combination of expert tax knowledge, experience in managing extensive financial structures, and service on the corporate bodies of regulated financial institutions, she is regarded as a respected expert in finance, taxation, and corporate governance.
