About the Fund
Fund focus
The Fund prioritizes the development of renewable energy sources, with a primary focus on photovoltaic and wind power plants. As part of its strategy, the Fund identifies and acquires suitable projects that include secured land, valid zoning permits, and grid connection agreements. It then finances and manages the construction phase through to the commencement of energy production.
At present, the Fund is preparing projects with a combined planned capacity exceeding 60 megawatts—actively responding to the growing demand and potential for renewable energy across Europe.
Fund objectives
The fund targets a net asset value (NAV) of up to CZK 1 billion, with further growth planned through the sale of completed projects—either to third parties or in collaboration with existing partners and co-investors.
This approach ensures a full investment cycle, from project development and construction to a successful exit.

Minimum investment
The Fund for Qualified Investors assumes a minimum investment of CZK 1 million or EUR 125 thousand.
Growth investment stocks
The basic principle of growth stocks is the reinvestment of profits with the aim of increasing the overall value of the Fund.
Monthly valuation
The Fund’s value is updated on a monthly basis, providing investors with regular insight into the performance of their investments.
Possibility to invest in CZK and EUR
The Fund offers two share classes: Class A for investments in CZK and Class E for investments in EUR. Both types of shares are reinvestment shares.

Strengths
International involvement
We focus primarily on regions where the development of renewable energy sources is strongly supported—particularly Spain, Italy, Finland, and other European countries.
Management experience
The management team draws on long-term experience in the construction, acquisition and management of dozens of renewable energy projects with a total installed capacity of more than 150 MW.
Efficient construction of energy resources
When comparing the construction costs per 1 MW of installed capacity—measured in millions of Czech crowns—our photovoltaic power plants consistently deliver outstanding cost-efficiency over the long term. In addition, their ongoing operation offers significant advantages compared to other energy sources.
Stronger and predictable cashflow
By focusing on the construction of a power balancing system utilizing battery storage within an aggregated unit, we contribute to the overall stabilization of the power transmission grid. This approach also enhances revenue potential for individual projects and offers predictable cash flow, thanks to the structured nature of energy trading.

Acquisition goals
Renewable and dispatchable energy source projects in the development phase, all of which include secured grid connection agreements.
Exit goals
Once construction is complete and connected to the network, the project is sold to third parties or temporarily actively managed.
