Pavel Svoreň has founded his own company, Axelor, where he and his team continue to build on the initiatives begun during his tenure at Portiva. As part of the EAG portfolio, Axelor is finalizing the acquisition of two strategic assets: JBR, a major Polish IT systems developer, and Autrado, an established German company. In parallel, we are launching a new real estate fund, Aurelia.

We are entering the Spanish market with new development projects in the energy sector, expanding our international footprint. The total value of assets under management is approaching CZK 14 billion. In the coming year, we are launching an investment round expected to bring EUR 100 million into Omnetic.

He is responsible for real estate transactions or sourcing new acquisition opportunities. Previously, he managed the Central European expansion of AmRest and later SportsDirect.com, where he was responsible for the strategy and management of an extensive portfolio of 250 retail stores in 16 European countries. He served as Head of Investments for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. During his career, he has advised on transactions with an aggregate volume exceeding €3 billion and executed asset valuations exceeding €2 billion in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria.

He is a former journalist who worked at the editorial offices of the Czech Television, DVTV, and Seznam. There, he also led the television news section. In the autumn of 2019, he left journalism and from the position of CEO, he led the data-analytics tool FlashNews, which is part of the Livesport group. He is also part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 selection.
