About the Fund
Fund focus
The Fund invests in technology companies in the digital automotive segment. The EAG Digital Automotive Fund is used to co-finance acquisitions of successful and established IT and software companies that are profitable and have the potential for further growth through mutual synergies. It is thus gradually creating a coherent ecosystem of digital services with operations all across Europe. Through the Fund, investors enter the same assets that the EAG Technology Group owns and manages in the IT and automotive segments.
Fund goals
The Fund acquires equity stakes in EAG Technology, a company that owns the Omnetic platform, which includes companies such as Cebia, Autosoft, CarAudit, Softvig, and Fastback. There are 2 share classes available to investors in the Fund - performance shares (with a target yield of 15% p.a.) and priority shares (with a target yield of 10% p.a. and a guaranteed yield of 6% p.a. through a guarantee mechanism secured by the value of the founders' shares).
