Fund focus
The fund invests in technology companies in the digital automotive segment. The funds of the EAG Digital Automotive fund are used to co-finance the acquisitions of successful and established IT and software companies that are profitable and have the potential for further growth thanks to mutual synergies. Gradually, it creates a comprehensive ecosystem of digital services operating across all of Europe. Investors enter the same assets through the fund that are owned and managed by the EAG Technology group in the IT and automotive segment.
Fund goals
The fund acquires equity stakes in EAG Technology, which encompasses the Omnetic platform, including companies such as Cebia, Autosoft, CarAudit, Softvig, and Fastback. For the fund's investors, there are 2 classes of shares available – performance shares (with a target return of 15% per annum) and priority shares (with a target return of 10% per annum and a guaranteed return of 6% per annum through a guarantee mechanism secured by the value of the founders' shares).

Significant acquisitions
It strengthens its position both through synergies and the growth of individual companies and through acquisitions – e.g. Teas and Autosoft (2019) – leading providers of DMS systems, Cebia (2021) – a leader in the field of verification, valuation, and security of vehicles, Fastback (2022) – a leading B2B platform for dealers, fleet operators, and used car traders operating in the Benelux countries, France, Romania, Greece, and others. The latest acquisition (2024) is the Polish company JBR Rogowiec, with more than 30 years of experience in developing digital systems for car dealers.
