EAG Digital Automotive Fund
About the Fund
Fund focus
The Fund invests in technology companies within the digital automotive sector. The EAG Digital Automotive Fund co-finances the acquisition of successful, established IT and software firms that are already profitable and offer strong growth potential through strategic synergies. Over time, this approach is building a cohesive ecosystem of digital services operating across Europe. Through the Fund, investors gain access to the same assets owned and managed by the EAG Technology Group in the IT and automotive segments.
Fund goals
The Fund acquires equity stakes in EAG Technology, a company that owns the Omnetic platform, which includes companies such as Cebia, Autosoft, CarAudit, Softvig, and Fastback. There are 2 share classes available to investors in the Fund - performance shares (with a target yield of 15% p.a.) and priority shares (with a target yield of 10% p.a. and a guaranteed yield of 6% p.a. through a guarantee mechanism secured by the value of the founders' shares).

Minimum investment
The Fund for Qualified Investors requires a minimum investment of CZK 1 million.
Growth investment stocks
The basic principle of growth stocks is the reinvestment of profits with the aim of increasing the overall value of the Fund.

These include Teas and Autosoft (2019), leading providers of dealer management systems; Cebia (2021), a market leader in vehicle history verification, valuation, and security solutions; and Fastback (2022), a leading B2B platform for dealers, fleet operators, and used-car traders operating across the Benelux, France, Romania, Greece, and other markets.
In 2024, the Group further expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of JBR Rogowiec, a major Polish company, as well as Autrado, a German DMS provider. The year 2025 marked another significant step in its expansion into Western European markets through the acquisitions of CarObserver and Dotzilla.
