History

2026

The new STELAR holding company is established. Phase I of the battery storage facility in Mydlovary begins operations. EAG Group completes the acquisition of Automotive Systems, a major Belgian company. The Aurelia real estate fund is completing the transaction for the Trimaran and Element office buildings in Prague’s Pankrác district.

2025

EAG expands its portfolio with the acquisition of the German companies Dotzilla and CarObserver, establishing a gateway to Western European markets. In its first year of operation, the Aurelia Real Estate Fund completes the acquisition of the River Garden II and III office complex in Prague’s Karlín district in a transaction exceeding CZK 2 billion. We launch Axelor Group’s fourth strategic pillar by becoming a co-shareholder in the financial advisory group SMS Finance.

2024

Pavel Svoreň establishes Axelor and, together with his team, continues the activities initiated during his tenure at Portiva. As part of EAG’s portfolio expansion, we complete the acquisitions of JBR, a leading Polish developer of IT systems, and Autrado, an established German technology company. We also establish the Aurelia Real Estate Fund.

Pavel Svoreň

CEO & FOUNDER

Pavel serves as the CEO. He develops the investment strategy, organizational structure, manages partner relationships, and develops foreign investments. He has many years of experience in management positions in the fields of energy, real estate, and investments. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the EAG group, where he is responsible for strategic management and financing.
