We pursue two independent yet complementary strategies in the energy sector, united by a common objective: advancing the transformation of Europe’s energy market. The Watt & Build Fund develops, builds and operates renewable energy and grid-balancing assets across the Czech Republic and the European Union. It identifies opportunities at various stages of development, with a secured grid connection agreement serving as a key investment criterion. The Fund then finances and oversees the project through construction, commissioning and the achievement of full operational capacity.
AlphaGrid complements the Group’s energy activities through an algorithmic trading platform operating across European electricity markets. Battery storage assets, aggregated into a coordinated portfolio, help stabilise the transmission grid, while the trading strategy is designed to generate predictable cash flows. The Fund’s management team draws on extensive experience in the development, construction and acquisition of dozens of renewable energy projects.

In financial services, we are building an integrated ecosystem designed to cover the entire value chain—from the origination of investment products to their distribution and ongoing management. Our activities primarily focus on the establishment, management and development of investment funds. Once our own investment management company obtains the required licence, we will be able to manage these activities fully in-house and offer investors attractive opportunities across a broad range of sectors. A key component of this ecosystem is our proprietary distribution network, comprising a broker pool and a multi-tier distribution model.
This enables us to connect investment products efficiently with investors and business partners. The ecosystem will be further strengthened by a licensed investment firm, providing professional infrastructure, regulatory assurance and a trusted environment for the execution of investments. By integrating these capabilities, we are creating a stable and scalable financial ecosystem that supports long-term capital appreciation and the continued development of investment opportunities.
