Fraser serves as Head of Real Estate within the group, with a particular focus on the activities of the Aurelia fund. His responsibilities cover both the transactional and operational aspects of the fund. He is responsible for sourcing, analysing, and executing new acquisition opportunities, overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of the fund’s assets, and providing internal reporting on the performance of individual assets.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central England in Birmingham. After obtaining his MRICS Chartered Surveyor professional qualification in the United Kingdom, he moved to Prague in 2007, joining the Capital Markets department at Cushman & Wakefield. He worked in this team, as well as in the valuation department, until 2010, when he joined AmRest. There, he served as Regional Development Leader and was responsible for expansion strategy and its implementation in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia. He also coordinated the construction of new locations.
In 2014, Fraser joined Sports Direct.com as Head of Real Estate for Europe, where he was responsible for the asset management of more than 250 stores across 16 European countries. He was also responsible for preparing and implementing expansion strategies in existing markets and for entering new markets.
In 2018, he joined the Prague office of Savills as Head of Valuation. At the beginning of 2019, he moved to the investment team, becoming its Head of Investment in 2023. Over the course of his career, Fraser has overseen investment transactions exceeding EUR 3 billion on both the buyer and seller sides, and has valued real estate worth more than EUR 2 billion.
