He has long focused on capital markets, particularly collective investment, combining experience from the investment environment, financial distribution, and legal advisory. He contributes to the development of investment products focused primarily on real estate, renewable energy sources, and technology projects, while also supporting their distribution through financial advisory networks and other partners.
For more than ten years, he has also worked as an attorney specializing in commercial law, capital markets, and financial regulation. In his legal practice, he has provided advisory services to financial institutions and other entities operating in the financial market. He has represented clients in administrative proceedings and during inspections by the Czech National Bank, and has been involved in setting up regulatory and compliance processes in line with both Czech and European legislation.
A significant part of his professional career has also been spent in senior management roles at companies operating in the capital market. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of an investment intermediary, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a securities dealer, and has been responsible for risk management, compliance, and legislative matters in several other companies. Thanks to his combination of managerial, legal, and business experience, he understands both regulatory requirements and the practical needs of the investment market. In his work, he focuses on creating long-term sustainable investment solutions and effectively connecting investors, financial advisors, and investment projects.
