Karolína has been active in capital markets for more than ten years and has specialized primarily in regulation and the operational management of investment funds throughout her career. Thanks to her combination of expert knowledge and practical experience, she has contributed to a number of projects focused on the establishment, administration, and development of investment products in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Within the Axelor Group, she oversees the operational agenda of the funds and contributes to their day-to-day functioning and development. In her role, she coordinates their key operational activities, works with business and external partners, and supports the development and efficient operation of fund structures.
Previously, she worked at Českomoravská Nemovitostní Group, where she coordinated the operations of a retail real estate fund. Her key experience also includes leading the project to establish a Liechtenstein-based alternative investment fund manager, including the successful licensing process before a foreign regulator. After the licence was obtained, she served as a member of the company’s executive body and contributed to its strategic and operational management.
She also gained experience at CODYA Investment Company and EFEKTA Securities Dealer. She has long focused on regulatory matters, the implementation of investment products, and the setup of efficient processes for the administration of fund structures. Thanks to her broad insight across the investment sector, she is able to connect regulatory requirements with the practical needs of the fund business.
