Pavel is the founder and majority shareholder of the group. As CEO, he is responsible for the group’s development, international expansion, strategic management, relations with key partners and institutions, and representation in its main portfolio companies. In addition to Axelor itself, the key companies in which the group holds significant shareholdings include, above all, the IT group EAG and the financial holding company Stelar, where Pavel serves as a member of the Board of Directors. A major focus is also placed on expanding into Spain and Germany in the fields of energy and real estate.

Before founding the group, Pavel served as CEO and member of the Board of Directors of the investment group Portiva. During his tenure there, he expanded the group’s scope from energy into a broad portfolio of sectors, while also extending its reach from the Czech Republic to other European countries.
Pavel was born in Karviná and currently divides his time between Brno and Prague. After completing secondary school, he studied International Relations and Energy Security at Masaryk University in Brno, as well as International Relations in Tallinn, Estonia.
