Pavel Zbořil serves as the group’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial processes across the organization — from accounting, controlling and audit to managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, as well as co-managing investment and fund structures.

He has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, gained both in the Czech Republic and abroad, particularly in Italy and Germany. Over the course of his career, he has managed the financial agenda of companies with up to 750 employees and has worked across the real estate, construction, manufacturing, services and energy sectors. He spent almost 15 years at the MND Group, where he held managerial positions in finance.

A significant part of his professional career has been dedicated to financing investment and development projects, setting up capital structures and providing strategic financial management for companies with extensive portfolios of real estate assets. He gained valuable real estate experience in particular during his more than four-year tenure as Group CFO at Redstone Real Estate, where he was involved in the financial management of large-scale development and investment projects.

In his professional practice, he draws on the knowledge gained during his university studies in mathematical disciplines, which he later complemented with education in economic management. He holds LL.M. and MBA degrees.
